Who am I?

I’m a vision-driven systems thinker who thrives on high autonomy. I excel at predicting challenges and use-cases, avoiding solutions that paint themselves into a corner.

I learn through synthesis—hands on experience and clear explanations—forming a deep holistic understanding rather than shallow recall.

Off work, I’m a creative ruminator and default to looping through challenges and ideas, often incubating new solutions.

I love teaming up with people who, like me:

  • Try to see the big picture
  • Put the team and mission first
  • Value minds and skills that are fundamentally different
  • Enjoy giving and receiving constructive criticism
  • Encourage ideas—especially “bad” ones, which often spark clarity and inspiration
  • Support autonomy and experimentation
  • Believe there are no “dumb” questions and help build real competence through honest curiosity
  • Can appreciate bad jokes
